New personnel key to Adams Morey and North West Trucks’ growth plans

DAF dealership group, Greenhous, has made a number of high-profile internal and external appointments throughout its North West Trucks and Adams Morey businesses. Adams Morey and North West Trucks are both part of the Greenhous Group, which combined with Greenhous Commercials, makes them one of the largest DAF dealership groups in the UK.

The appointments include two new Dealer Principals and a new Sales Director.

North West Trucks and Adams Morey Managing Director, Kevin Swinnerton, explained: “Our group is continuing to grow at an exciting pace – most recently with the acquisition of Kingdon Wessex and North West Trucks.”

Kevin continued, “A business is only as good as its people and as our business and our network expands, we continue to evolve our personnel requirements and management structure to ensure we deliver the highest levels of service to our customers. This latest wave of strategic appointments is about ensuring we do just that.”

Two external appointments and one promotion

Of the new strategic additions, Neal Walker was the first to join Adams Morey on June 1st 2022, in the role of Dealer Principal for the South Region. Having worked within the Scania network for almost 13-years, Neal will be responsible for all aspects of Adams Morey’s 10 sites in Hampshire and the surrounding area.

At North West Trucks, the business has looked from within to appoint their new Dealer Principal, with the promotion of Simon Davis-Rice to the role. Simon has been Sales Director at North West Trucks for over a decade and worked in the DAF network for 26-years.

With Simon moving to this new role, Neil Parkinson will join North West Trucks as their new Sales Director, moving on from his previous role of Head of Sales at eStar Mercedes Benz.

Kevin Swinnerton commented, “Congratulations to Simon on his well-deserved promotion – he’s been a central figure within North West Trucks for many years now and is hugely respected and well-liked by customers and colleagues alike. Neil and Neal both join us with a wealth of experience within the transport industry and we’re excited to see what their impressive and proven track records can bring to the Adams Morey and North West Trucks businesses.”
